Upon purchase, the buyer agrees to these regulations:
Aging: The horse/pony cannot be aged without prior permission from FF.
Showing: If horse is sold as a show horse, buyer must agree to continuing horse's show career. Failure to enter one (1) show per month will result in FF reclaiming.
Horse/pony details: No details of the horse/pony may be changed. This also includes discipline changes, unless authorized by FF in writing. However, the buyer may choose to geld.
Care of horse/pony: The horse/pony must be cared for properly. The horse/pony must be fed adequately, receive regular vet and farrier checks, be wormed, vaccinate and looked after according to the horse/pony’s needs.
Resale: In the event of the buyer reselling the horse/pony, Foxwood Farms must be notified prior to the horse/pony being offered for sale and be given the option of buying the horse/pony back for a reasonable price. If Foxwood Farms chooses not to buy back the horse/pony, Foxwood Farms must be notified of all new buyers.
Reclaiming: Foxwood Farms reserves the right to reclaim ownership of the horse/pony if, at any time, the buyer is found not complying with this contract, or has left Riata. Foxwood Farms will not be liable for the purchase price.
FF Incentive Fund: The horse/pony purchased is eligible for the FF Incentive Fund. In the event of the buyer reselling the horse/pony to another party, the Incentive Fund is void.
